Every home & craft brewer should have a selection of recipe books in their library, and the following books should be a welcome addition to any brewer.

For some obscure reason the books by the UK Guru of homebrew, Graham Wheeler, are not readily available. If you see one in your local shop, at the car boot or on Ebay and the price is right and the condition reasonable then snap it up! You will not be disappointed.

Victory beer recipes American Homebrew Association. A collection of winning recipes from AHA competitions. Some superb and some just plain weird:-)
